Nathan Saville is the founder and lead Consultant of Stream Operations (Stream). 

Nathan has 20 years’ experience in market research across several agencies and recruitment partners, with a focus on qualitative fieldwork management and managing operations in an agency environment.  

Nathan has managed 3,000+ qualitative market research projects, within Australia and other markets across Europe, Asia and America.  

With this experience he decided to start Stream, with a focus on qualitative fieldwork and operations management, supporting researchers with a service that gives peace of mind and adds value to every project.

Nathan has extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships within large technology companies, banks and communication agencies, through to local, state and federal government departments.  With a solutions focused approach, you can be confident knowing Nathan has the experience and knowledge to manage any relationship.

From managing fieldwork to running a successful market research agency, Nathan has led and managed People & Culture, Finance (including P&L), Information Technology, Risk & Compliance and Marketing.  Regardless of size and scope, Nathan brings an understanding and awareness of every moving part of how an agency is managed to the delivery of each project.

Nathan is a member of The Research Society and conducts all work within The Code of Professional Behaviour, and relevant industry guidelines. Stream also manages all client and participant information within guidelines of The Privacy Act 1988 and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
